Thank you for shopping with Dope by Design Creations, where every item is thoughtfully handmade and designed just for you. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All items at Dope by Design Creations are made to order and/or customized. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized designs

  • Custom colors, sizing, or text

  • Made-to-order crochet, knit, or handcrafted items

Non-Custom (Ready-to-Ship) Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, Dope by Design Creations will fix it at no additional cost.

Digital Downloads 

All digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started

  • Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted
