Processing Time

All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (if offered)

International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination

  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and taxes

  • Dope by Design Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer

  • Reshipping fees may apply if an item is returned due to an incorrect address

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dope by Design Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed or lost in transit:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first

  • We will assist with filing a claim if applicable

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and item

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue

Custom Orders & Shipping Delays

Because custom items are handmade, unexpected delays may occur.

  • We will communicate any delays promptly

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled due to processing or shipping time changes once production has begun
